1. Who Receives Your Donation
Online card donations made through this website are received by VSI Nyolo Nedo Foundation. The Foundation supports Nedo Kuchung Rinpoche’s Dharma activities and administers the online donation process.
Donations are voluntary contributions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no goods or services are provided in exchange.
2. Donation Choices
- Sikkim Monastery: support for monastic life, practice, study, maintenance and continuing development in Rumtek, Sikkim.
- Philippine Stupa: support for the Merit Field stupa and related Dharma activity in the Philippines.
- Where Most Needed: general support directed to the area of Rinpoche’s work where it can provide the greatest benefit at that time.
Your selected payment link records the activity you chose. If you have a specific restriction or question about the intended use of a contribution, please contact us before donating.
3. Amount, Currency and Fees
Payments are requested in euros (EUR). You choose and confirm the final amount on Stripe’s checkout page before authorising payment.
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges. Stripe processing fees may be deducted from the amount received by the Foundation.
4. Secure Payment Processing
Card and other available payment methods are processed by Stripe. The Foundation does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. Available payment methods may vary by country, device and Stripe settings.

5. Payment Confirmation and Records
After a successful payment, you will be redirected to our Thank You page and Stripe will send a confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. Please retain that email for your records.
The payment may appear on your statement under Nyolo Nedo Foundation or the descriptor shown during checkout.
6. Mistaken, Duplicate or Unauthorised Donations
If you believe a donation was made by mistake, duplicated or made without authorisation, contact admin@nedorinpoche.org as soon as possible and include the payment date, amount and the email address used.
We will review the circumstances promptly. Where a refund is appropriate, it will normally be returned through the original payment method. This section does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Tax Treatment
Tax rules for charitable donations differ by country and individual circumstances. The Foundation does not promise that a donation is tax-deductible in your jurisdiction. Please consult a qualified tax adviser if you need guidance.
8. Privacy
Donation-related personal data is used to process and record contributions, send confirmations, respond to enquiries, protect against fraud and meet legal obligations. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
